The Eurolines Organisation and its members are committed to making sure that our customers are well informed about using the Pass and travelling on our network of services. We are pleased to detail here some frequently asked questions specifically about the Eurolines Pass.

Which company administers the Eurolines Pass?

Eurolines is an Organisation of European (+Morocco) coach companies operating under the Eurolines brand since 1985. The Eurolines Organisation’s headquarters is in Brussels, Belgium (address below) and is the administrator of Eurolines Pass sales only.

Note that travel aboard Eurolines coaches is always under the terms and conditions of the Eurolines coach operator who provides the service for a particular journey.

Where can I buy Eurolines Passes?

Online - Providing you are not buying a Eurolines Pass within 7 days before the start of your 1st journey, you can book Eurolines passes on this secure website by clicking the Buy Now tab and following the simple instructions.

Eurolines Shop – You can buy Passes in official Eurolines shops in the cities included in the Pass scheme. You can also book your first journey at the same time.

Call Centre – Unfortunately Eurolines Passes cannot be purchased by telephone.

How do I book Eurolines Passes?

Providing you have a Visa or Mastercard credit card, the easiest way to order Eurolines Passes is here on this website. Click Buy Pass and follow the simple instructions. When the online transaction completes you will receive 2 separate e-mails. The 1st e-mail confirms that payment has been taken. The 2nd e-mail includes your unique Order Id and Password which you can then use to access your account and Print Your Pass(S). Alternatively you can visit an official Eurolines Shop in person.

How do I pay for Eurolines Passes and in what currency?

Online – We accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards. Transactions will be processed in Euros and your credit card provider will convert this back into your local currency in the country where your credit card was issued at an exchange rate set by your credit card company.

Eurolines Shops – As described for online but also most Eurolines shops will accept cash in local currency.

How can I print my Pass(s)?

You can Print Pass(S) on this website. When customers receive confirmations by e-mail it will include your Pass number(s) and Order-Id#. You MUST print your Pass(s) yourself and ensure that you have the Pass(s) with you at all times. Your confirmation e-mail is NOT proof of entitlement to travel under the Eurolines Pass scheme and will NOT be accepted at check-in or when making bookings.

What travel documents do I need?

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have a printed copy of their Eurolines Pass, valid passport/I.D. card for travel, plus any visas that may be required in the various countries they may pass through or visit. Eurolines does not accept any responsibility for any person being refused entry into any country included on the ticket in consequence of failure to obtain the correct and valid documents.

ISIC & ITIC

If you are the holder of a valid ISIC or ITIC card, simply enter your ISIC/ITIC card number in the box indicated when buying a Eurolines Pass on this website. Our booking system will automatically verify with ISIC if your card is valid. If validated, our Pass buying system will automatically calculate a 10% discount off Eurolines’ current published Pass prices.

What start date should I choose for my Eurolines Pass?

Typically most of our customers choose a start date for the Eurolines Pass that coincides with the intended date of travel for their first journey. Journeys using the Pass can only be booked if the travel dates are within the validity dates of the Pass.

I have not received my Pass booking confirmation e-mail. Why?

Some customers e-mail accounts are configured to put unrecognised e-mail addresses into their spam folders. Please check your spam folder. If you still have not received your confirmation e-mail please use the Contact Us Form on this website.

Can I transfer my Eurolines Pass to another person?

Eurolines Passes are personalised and non-transferable to another person. Eurolines Passes are always checked at embarkation to ensure that the Pass details correspond with Passport or Travel IDs.

I am experiencing a problem ordering my Pass online or receiving a confirmation

Don’t worry. Use the Contact Form for pass purchasing online. During office hours Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00 central European time, we will endeavour to respond within 24 hours of receiving your query.

Can I change the validity dates of my Eurolines Pass?

Once booked, we regret it is not possible to change the validity dates of Eurolines Passes.

Can I get a refund if I don’t use my Eurolines Pass?

Once purchased, Eurolines Passes are non-refundable.
